Power by Waterform periodic training is designed for instructors of underwater upper body muscular strength building classes. This training course offers you access to tools required to run the aqua sport workout. In addition to learning techniques on how to motivate and run your class, you will get the opportunity to meet other coaches who organise the same type of classes.

Power by Waterform periodic training is for all professionals (coaches, sports instructors, etc.) involved in introducing and developing Power by Waterform in their establishment (health clubs or gyms with a pool, rehabilitation centres, thalassotherapy spas or public swimming pools).
Periodic training is also for aqua aerobics instructors who have already taken a training course, who are interested in developing their own activity in clubs, camp sites or hotels, and who may wish for support to stay up to date.

Every three months, Waterform provides you with training videos. These help you remain on top of the latest developments from Power by Waterform.
Recommendations to instructors for their group classes. They can then either learn the entire course by heart and reproduce it, or concoct a new course of their own based on the recommendation.
