Periodic training

To support their customers in developing their professional skills and water fitness activities, Waterform offers a range of periodic training tools, based on 8 complementary concepts. Some are geared towards less intensive activities, other towards medium to high-impact, all with either a strengthening or a cardiovascular objective: Cycling, Power, Bodyslim, Jump, Training, Workout, Boxing and Waterkid by Waterform. The latter of these was created to help to run sessions for children aged 7 to 13.
